Inspired by his time in China and all the flavors and spices that can be found in this part of the world, Lee Egbert created the Ancient Chinese Secret bitters for Dashfire. It combines the flavors of ginger, galangal, tangerine, lemongrass and star anise with a subtle finish of Sichuan pepper, known for its funny numbing effect on the tongue.
